Probably Stolen System Requirements and Supported Devices
Check Probably Stolen’s minimum Windows PC requirements, CPU, GPU, RAM and storage, plus laptop, Mac, Linux, Steam Deck and ultrawide support.
Probably Stolen’s Steam release supports Windows PC. Its published minimum includes 8 GB RAM, an Intel Core i3 or equivalent, a GTX 650 Ti or equivalent or better, and 1 GB of free storage. The table below reflects the full-game listing checked on October 29, 2026.
Minimum PC requirements
| Component | Minimum requirement |
|---|---|
| Operating system | Windows 10, 64-bit; 64-bit processor required |
| Processor | Intel Core i3 or equivalent |
| Memory | 8 GB RAM |
| Graphics | NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti or equivalent or better |
| DirectX | Version 10 |
| Storage | 1 GB available space |
The Recommended section only repeats the 64-bit processor and operating-system requirement. The developer has not listed a separate recommended CPU, GPU or RAM tier. The 1 GB figure is required free space, not the download size.
The Demo was retired at the full release; install the full game now.
Supported devices and platforms
| Device or platform | Current support |
|---|---|
| Windows desktop or laptop | The official version. Compare your actual CPU, GPU and RAM with the minimum table. |
| Mac / macOS | No native macOS build is listed on Steam. |
| Linux | No native Linux build is listed on Steam. |
| Steam Deck (SteamOS) | Playable in Steam’s compatibility report. Some controls need adjustment, some prompts show other input icons, and some interface text is small. |
| Phones, tablets and consoles | The current Steam release is for Windows PC; no release date for these platforms is announced in the launch news. |
Check your computer before installing
- Press Win + R, enter dxdiag and open the diagnostic tool.
- On the System tab, check your Windows version, processor and memory. On Display, check the actual GPU model.
- Check that the installation drive has at least 1 GB free. On a laptop, compare the GPU model as well as the CPU; “Core i3” alone does not describe its graphics performance.
For a third-party check, try Can You RUN It (this game) or PCGameBenchmark. Automatic detection on either site requires downloading and running its detection program.
The game uses a 16:9 play area. Non-16:9 fullscreen support uses black bars; hotfix 1.0.0.1 fixes several ultrawide tooltip and window-position issues. Update the game if those interface problems occur.
Check the current listing on the Steam store, then see release dates and updates or follow the beginner guide.
