Who are they?

Security is the station’s law-enforcement faction. Its officers visit to inspect goods, investigate incidents or handle a customer you have reported. A uniform identifies a role to investigate, rather than proving every visit has the same purpose.

Reputation and relationships

At 100 Security reputation, the VIP benefit stops routine inspections. It does not stop a separate inspection triggered by contraband or recognized stolen goods in your showcase. Investigations and story visits also have their own causes.

Reputation belongs to the customer’s faction. Offering a discount when selling, or paying more when buying, can build that relationship through the completed trade. Check the reputation preview before accepting a bargain.

Visitors and shopkeeping

Read the officer’s demand before acting. A routine inspection, a full showcase-triggered search and a wanted impersonator require different responses. For the Conspiracy Theorist’s ordinary legal stock, pressing the alarm produces a false report.
