First meeting and contact card

During his first visit, let the proposal finish. He explains the goods he wants and gives you a contact card. Take it and open it to read the number, 51189. Dial that number on the shop phone for your first call; after calling, you can find him in the phone book. No sale is needed to receive the card.

Calling him back

  1. Keep suitable goods ready before calling.
  2. For your first call, dial 51189 from his card. Later, choose Odin in the phone book. Confirm that you have supplies for him.
  3. He asks you to hold the goods and says he will visit in two days. Keep the stock until the appointment.
  4. When he arrives, offer the goods he accepts and check his available budget and price before selling.

What does he buy?

He buys weapons, ammunition, armor, poison, supply crates and access cards. His buying categories also include melee weapons. He accepts contraband, but warns that his prices may be lower than you could get elsewhere. Inspect and appraise your stock before comparing his offer.

Reporting him and unavailable calls

Reporting ends the contact immediately. A temporary Crackdown only blocks calls until the event ends. Revolution blacklisting can instead make his completed refusal permanent. See the detailed contact rules below.

With the introduction enabled, Odin first arrives on day 10; without it, day 2. He gives the contact card after the eighth line. Dismissing him earlier can leave you without the contact. Dial 51189, confirm you have supplies, and he schedules a visit two days later while starting a five-day phone cooldown immediately. Saying wrong number schedules nothing. The temporary crackdown event blocks the call; retry after it ends. At Revolution −40, completing his refusal sets the phone permanently to not responding. Raising reputation later does not reset that state.

He buys ammunition, firearms, melee weapons, access cards, munitions, supply crates, armor and poison. The initial budget variable is 350, with customer-budget bonuses added. Each paid item increases his future budget: payment ≥15 adds floor(15% of payment); 10–14 adds 2; 8–9 adds 1; less adds nothing. The variable caps at 1500. His contraband discount removes half of the ordinary tier markup, so compare the actual offer rather than expecting full illicit retail value.

Initial bounty is 300; an arranged return offers 350. Reporting immediately cuts the phone contact, even before capture or if you never took the card. A successful wanted arrest gives base Security +5 and Revolution −6 before relevant modifiers. This trades the repeat buyer for the bounty. Ordinary cooldown and a temporary crackdown are recoverable; reporting and the completed blacklist refusal are permanent contact losses.
