Recognizing and receiving visitors
Joining costs 85 Credits on normal difficulty or 170 on hard. You immediately receive training materials, a guide, a 
magnifier and the Junior Appraiser Certificate. The Board then refers appraisal customers.
The representative, the Appraiser Board and a customer requesting an appraisal have different roles. Keep the tools and certificate for the service; later tests are separate visits.
