Who is the Conspiracy Theorist?

The Conspiracy Theorist is a distinctive Lower Level visitor. Read the displayed name and listen to his dialogue: he uses a randomly selected male scavenger portrait, so one face is not his permanent identity.

What does he say?

He claims that Station Command are aliens, that Security officers are androids and that the Revolution was founded by Command. He also talks about disease and asks for Dream Dust. These are his claims and buying dialogue, rather than confirmed facts about the station or proof that he is wanted.

What does he sell?

Glass Shiv · Lead Pipe

He presents three Glass Shivs and two Lead Pipes as homemade protection against aliens. Inspect and bargain if you want them, or let him leave. This ordinary batch has neither contraband nor stolen markers; being a makeshift weapon does not make it illegal.

Should you report him?

Reporting his ordinary visit is a false report. The base losses are 6 Lower Level reputation and 8 Security reputation. A 50-Credit fine is also deducted if you have at least 100 Credits when the report is resolved. Officers taking him away does not mean you earned a bounty.
