Who has this identity?
Wanted criminals are visitors whose identity must be checked against the wanted list. A profession, dark hood or homemade weapon does not by itself prove that status.

Recognizing and receiving visitors
Compare the actual visitor with the wanted portraits and identity details before reporting. Leroy’s fake-inspector encounter shows why a claimed official role also needs checking.
The Conspiracy Theorist’s ordinary visit is legal and reporting it is a false report. Use the Security guide for reporting, inspections and the wanted-list example; Aug identification is a separate check.
