What is the Naloxgone Injector?

Naloxgone is the short, white injector described as emergency medication for Oxymore overdose. Its shop role includes distributing the Clinic Volunteer’s free supplies. Read the item name and the Free label to identify this batch.

Keep the volunteer’s free injectors together so you can find them when a medical buyer arrives.

Where do you get the free injectors?

Watch the daily news for Oxymore Addiction On The Rise. The Clinic Volunteer is a random visitor associated with this two-day event. Finish the conversation, then collect the injectors through the normal counter purchase flow at 0 Credits each. Move each acquired injector into your inventory before serving the next customer.

The quantity is determined by your Lower Levels reputation when the volunteer puts the supplies on the counter:

Lower Levels reputation Injectors offered
32 or below 2
33–65 3
66–98 4
99–148 5
149 or above 6

For example, 65 reputation gives three injectors; reaching 66 before the supplies appear increases the batch to four. Ordinary medical stock can also contain Naloxgone. A purchased injector without a Free label follows ordinary trading rules.

Who accepts Naloxgone, and how do you hand it over?

Use the regular sales counter with a customer who buys medical supplies. The Lower Level Doctor and Mid-Level Nurse are examples. The visitor’s requested goods matter more than whether the character looks ill or belongs to a particular faction.

  1. Read the arriving customer’s request and choose a medical buyer.
  2. Put one owned, Free-labeled Naloxgone Injector on the trading area.
  3. Check the quote shows 0 Credits, then complete the sale.
  4. Take out the next injector when you have another eligible sale. A doctor who requests a variety of goods can refuse a second identical item; use another medical buyer for the remainder.

Put ordinary medical merchandise in your display case, then check the merchandise-buyer forecast before opening. The display case and customers guide explains category selection and visitor slots.

The Desperate Addict asks for substances. Naloxgone has the medical category but lacks the substance tag that this customer accepts. If that visitor rejects it, keep it for a medical buyer rather than waiting for a special rescue prompt.

What happens if you change the Free label?

The dedicated Naloxgone reputation adjustment checks the injector’s active label when the sale completes. It changes Lower Levels reputation even if the buyer belongs to another faction.

Injector sold Dedicated Lower Levels adjustment per injector
Volunteer’s gift, still labeled Free +1
Volunteer’s gift, changed to Normal −4
Ordinary stock without the gift’s Free/Normal feature No dedicated gift adjustment

A red Labeler can switch the gift’s dropdown between Free and Normal. Changing it to Normal removes the free valuation and allows an ordinary cash sale. The ordinary injector’s base value is 30 Credits; the quote also includes current trading modifiers. General trade reputation is calculated separately from the adjustment in the table.

To restore a relabeled gift before handing it over, apply the red Labeler, select Free, close the panel and check the quote again. The Labeler guide shows the tool’s purchase and editing steps.

For the wider medical route, see the Pharmacist page. For the faction affected by the handover, see Lower Levels residents.
