Identity and relationships

Who are they?

Mercenaries include equipment buyers, gun sellers and a visitor who introduces himself as a small-business security consultant. Ordinary versions use Lower Level affiliation.

Visits and shopkeeping

The ordinary equipment buyer asks for weapons, ammunition or armor and may accept contraband. A distinct criminal shopping variant also seeks medicine and belongs to the Black Market. Their profession alone does not establish faction or wanted status.

Check the visitor’s stated role, actual goods and item markers. A consultant discussing security alarms is a different encounter from a Security inspection; selling risky stock still follows the usual crime rules.
