Who are they?
The Station Trade Board oversees the shop’s trading permit. Its visiting official deals with permission to operate, not the landlord’s rent or the purchase of the property.
Visits and shopkeeping
The current 
business permit costs 1,500 Credits. Buying it grants the permit; making a donation does not. An unpermitted shop can receive further visits from the official.
Paying for a permit does not pay the next rent or buy the shop. Plan those costs separately and use the shopkeeping guide for the full visit and payment sequence. The official’s current encounter uses Lower Level affiliation.
