Purchase and follow-up supply

Clear inventory space before buying, especially for machines and live animals. Rewards arrive immediately in the rear inventory, with other shop inventories used if needed; items that fit nowhere are lost. The lists below count each one-time purchase. Contents named inside a machine are already installed.

Retired Chemist	1000	—	Immediately receive a Chemist Starter Kit. A retired chemist will visit you the next day and, subsequently, once a week, selling chemical supplies and equipment. (Unlocks Advanced Chemistry Content.)
Retired Gunsmith	650	—	Immediately receive a Gunsmith Starter Kit. A retired gunsmith will visit you the next day and, subsequently, once a week, selling gun mods and ammo. (Unlocks Advanced Gunsmith Content.)
Aquaculture	400	Water Trading	Wild will refer you to a retired aquafarmer who will visit you once a week, selling fish farming equipment and fertilized roe. Immediately receive an Aquaculture Starter Kit. (Unlocks Aquaculture Content.)
Aquaculture II	1200	Aquaculture	The retired aquafarmer will also bring bigger, more profitable fish to raise on each visit. Immediately receive two young eels.
Plant Genetics	1250	Retired Farmer	Immediately receive a DNA manipulator, a gene scanner and blank DNA data disks. Dr. Jackson will now keep DNA manipulation equipment in stock.

The filter arrives separately: install it in the pitcher before pouring water through it. The micro purifier has 75/300 durability remaining (25%). The bottle-outline object is a Water Neon Sign; read the first-water steps below to connect a water supply.

After buying the water kit, where does the water come from?

1. After Water Trading, buy Gutterflow On Tap through Wild’s network. Its base cost is 250 credits, with favor spent first.
2. Use an empty water container, such as a Water Pitcher, on the shop faucet. It fills the container’s remaining capacity; use another container to keep collecting.
3. Treat the collected water with the kit, then test it with a fresh strip. Rustwater On Tap costs another 350 credits before modifiers and requires the first tap connection. It upgrades the same faucet to less contaminated Rustwater.

To collect water from the air, obtain a Moisture Farm separately. Install a container with free capacity, supply power and let it run overnight. The water guide covers tap collection and treatment; Moisture Farm instructions cover overnight production.

Retired Winemaker

The two berry portions have different conditions: one normal and one overripe. The winemaker sells supplies weekly, on the world’s schedule; the weekly visit is not counted from your purchase date.

The six rats arrive loose: one male and one female at each of 1, 3 and 5 days old. The dispenser is installed in the cage. The six Nutrifruit are the small variety.

Aquaculture

The system has an installed, empty 12 L tank. The 50-charge cell and 6 L Rustwater jug arrive separately; load them yourself. The fertilized Tilapia Roe is one group of six. Each feed portion has 5,000 kcal. Add filtration and feeding equipment as you expand.

Aquaculture II

These are two ordinary Eels, age 0, one male and one female. Later aquafarmer visits gain offers for larger fish; those offers are paid stock. See the fish-farming guide for care and species differences.

Plant Genetics

Plant Genetics is a later farming purchase: base 1,250 credits, requiring Retired Farmer. It gives a DNA Manipulator with its instruction note, four blank DNA Data Disks and a Gene Scanner.
