Blood Bag and Bag of "Blue Blood"

The red Blood Bag holds 500 mL of donor blood. The blue bag contains biogel and is not blood. Check the item name before comparing offers; these are separate products.

How does the blood-selling visitor work?

A scavenger can offer blood and say they will buy food and water if you take the whole lot. Read the offer before treating it as an ordinary one-item purchase.

1. Check the bags on the counter and read the total asking price.
2. Compare that cost with your cash after rent and the food and water you have available.
3. Decide whether to take the lot. Keep the purchase and the visitor’s later shopping as separate transactions in your own notes.
4. Put the purchased goods in your stock and record what you actually receive when selling them.

The two bags pictured above help you identify existing medical goods. For organ offers, the career’s key distinction is the source certificate: certified, ethically sourced organs are legal, while illicit stock carries legal risk. Check the item and its markings before deciding where to store it.

Where are the operating guides?

Use the beginner guide for ordinary inspection, valuation and negotiation. The crime guide covers contraband storage, while Fence explains the black-market career start.
